Sports welcome bonus have the following conditions - 

Sports welcome bonus may only be used on pre-match sports events

The bonus may only be used on 1X2 markets (win draw win)

You may only select matches with 3 odds and above

minimum evens selection when using sports welcome bonus is 3 matches. 

Penalties are applied when a customer uses the bonuses intentionally on non qualifying markets.
